Excellent house, almost perfect presentation but Apple missed a lot of spots, there are a lot of doors which we never know what's inside it. Maybe, if you're not allowed to tour inside specific spaces because maybe it is being used for something, or it's just messy at the moment, just don't forget to mention what are those spaces for.

Beautiful house all u need is an interior designer to complete the package, maybe making the room upstairs to a theater room is much more better and convert the counter top outside to a snack house like in a real theater 🤩🤩

They should put on/off switches with female plugs on the right and left sides of the headboard para hindi ka na babangon para ioff ung ilaw sa may entrance. 3-way switches kumbaga. I saw only female plugs near the headboard. Wala pa akong nakita na ganun sa mga projects na for sale dito sa pinas.

Si Apple Grace lang at ang AV Properties ang nakita ko na hindi gumagaya sa Presello. Halos lahat na ng housetour channel eh ginaya na ang concept at style ng presello.
The camera angle and how the aeral shot is same as presello. Hindi naman nila masiyado pinapakita yung hina house tour nila sa intro pero iniba na nila ngayon.

Ang tawag po diyan ay open space design. More ventilation, more interaction sa mga tao at hindi masikip tingnan. Di na po uso ang kusina na maliit ang bintana at parang kulungan sa dami ng wall.
Sayang yung bahay... Tinayo sa lugar na kung saan hangang bubong ang baha pag may malupit na pag ulan at bagyo.

Swimming pool,NO NO NO!!!!😱😱😱😱most filipinos can be noisy using them,especially where i live😱😱😱and noisy dogs,their selling their house also,but they have noisy dogs on terrace and bedrooms,especially as very unhygenic,if i were a perspective buyer,i would walk away quickly,maybe some have already walked away QUICKLY🏃🏼♂️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♂️
