That house was pretty big. But i noticed with some of the videos of yours i watched, you didn't mention the price of the home. Luckily i was able to find this house online and see the price. 320,000,000 PHP. To USD that would be slightly over 5.8 million dollars. Ain't that bad compared to other expensive homes in the Philippines. I've seen bigger and more expensive homes than this in the Philippines. But would love to see more videos of these kind of homes, especially ones a little more expensive.

Honestly, this house is so f*cking beautiful. I've seen a lot of house tours here in the Philippines, but this house is more insane than any that I've seen. Thank you for this great video. Nope. This girl, Apple, seems too rehearsed. Her spiels are obviously practiced reactions and spiels, unlike the presentations in the other channel. And she goes through the rooms too quickly, the cameraman is still zooming in and she's already closing doors or leaving the space.

Homes in the PI’s are so executive-like homes on 4-5 bdrms etc. plus CEO’s mega-mansion type of homes. The 3bdrm, 2-1/2 baths are nice as well but spaces are smaller for the most part … a beautiful mega home for the well to do in PI’s …
Wow that is truly a very NICE house! I can live with my family there and not see them for a couple of days if i want to. haha the 3rd floor bedrooms however, downgraded their A/C system which is disappointing tho and as well as the rooms itself, it seems like. I like to see the staff rooms too if the owner allows it becuz I've seen other luxurious houses and I've only remembered seeing 3 houses that really made the staff rooms as good as the other rooms in the house. Thank you.
You're right it feels more like a hotel, that's why I feel the atmosphere is very cold and lonely in everywhere (maybe except the Boy Room and Walk-in Closet)

It's a huge functional house for a big family, it has everything that you would want in your house but lacks interior design though.
