It’s nice when an architect or engineer describes the way the house was built, instead of a sales agent who doesn’t know the difference between an easement and a setback, or a walk-in closet from a regular one.
I agree, though its understood, kc Ar. & Engr ang nag design w/ every area may purpose they can explain it well including materials used. In feng shui(yun nmn kung naniwwala) di gsto pababa ang sala. Just saying. I love the concept & structural design nya. Suggestion lng yung mga CR sa 2F, dhil long rec ang shape ng sink w/c i love but sna 2 faucet pra mgmit sabay i
I just smiled and amazed watching the whole video. Iba tlaga pag yung Engineer na ang nagtour n explaining how the house was built. Sobrang Ganda ng plano n namaximized the whole lot. Proven n magaling ang Engineers n Architects ng Primestrakt. In the future, I will let you design and build my dream house. Kudos and God bless!
I really love this having a nice layout of the house. I especially love that the service area/dirty kitchen is so close to the main kitchen. I’d watched other houses that were built in the Philippines. The layouts that didn’t make any sense and not to mention, the wasted spaces. I’d watched the newly built one, l think in Antipolo. It’s such a big house and it only have two bedrooms. To me it’s a deal breaker. The person said, it’s a starter home. Here in the U.S., that isn’t a standard starter home. Houses here are built away from each other with ample yard rooms. Houses there are so close to each other. Overall I really love this house.
Ang ganda ng house. Kaya lang yung sunken living room parang bitin naman sa paa kapag umupo ka, hihiga ka na lang kasi almost dikit lang sa sahig yung mga upuan
I love the way this home was drawn, I love what the architect did. My wife and I love the secret doors leading to a different area of the home. I'm US based, but I'm from Pampanga. I know who to contact when we're ready to build our home in the Philippines. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I imagine when all the vacant lots are full of houses, pano kaya yung maaliwalas na design ng bahay... do you also consider it in your design ng mga houses? curious lang po.. anyway ang ganda ng property..
