Yes, there should be other recovery laws.
Discussions would not be valid without agreement, most of Indian give loan without any agreement.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट किसी भी मामले में कम से कम 3जजों की बेच को मामला सौंपे और अपनी प्रतिष्ठा को बचाए रखने के लिए नैतिकता का पालन करते हुए बुद्धि का भी सहारा ले। जय हिन्द।

Here in India will this be applicable on the contract money or agreement under working contract, do these conditions will be applicable to file recovery after 3 years in case of company contract or deal with companies

अब कोर्ट न्यायाधीश न्यायालय के ऊपर 2:19 एक समिति गठित होना चाहिए ता कि मनमानी किसी की ना चले अब ये केजरी का कैसा न्याय और सिबू सोरेन कहा से आया लेकिन पैसा बहुत बडी ताकत है ना
Some one has taken city bank credit card before 10 years and payment not done since last 3.10 years , case is now time Barred. now city bank has closed credit card business and sold to axis bank , now axis bank has sent message for payment , what should be done ? City bank has not informed officially to me , whether I can challange axis bank that I have not taken this card from axis bank or case is time Barred? You can not recovered debt? Case of gujarat . Mam give your opinion
