Sir, i had a cheque bounce case on me in magistrate court in bangalore. After all evidence the case was aquitall(myself) for time barred debt. Now case is in high court of karnataka. Will this judgement affect me? Still no arguements done in high court. Pls reply... thanks for the video

There was no promissory note. He also told debt was given in january 2009 and cheque given on 2013 january in evidence. Till then did not collect any return document.
