Sir Accused came to court taken bail and statement given orally that he paid my freindly partly cash He told orally only and every date he orally said that hos husband is in Ambdanad cannot take decision whether to defend or not ? Judge sir told her senior lawyer is sick and lawyer sickness certificate given two times and junior lawyer present at that time I have given freindly loan to accused I want to ask sir Is Orally statement is valid and Can judge it be noted before pleading or cross exam
Sir mera sec 138 ka case hai. I am complaintant. Magistrate court given decesion in my favour. But secession court given decesion against me. Now i applied in High court appeal against acquittal. I have given many proof. Bank passbook, promissory note, My income source. My wifes income source. We are private job holder. Also agriculture income. Secession court following points find out. Income tax return not file. Income source not shown. Money given from wife's account. If someone is salaries then not necessarily maintain books of accounts. Agriculture income is tax free. Bank passbook entry not verify by court. Magistrate court consider my bank passbook, agriculture documents, witness, registered promissory note. Income source wife and my salary slips. But secession court not considered. Can you give reply this query.
@The Shark cheque ke liye ab naye niyam aa gye hai....agar wahi niyam ho to koi nahi fasa sakega ....kyuki bank se hi cheque clear nhi hoga....jab tak cheque dene wala khud apne mobile se agree na kare
@Harish Kumar yaar kuch farak nahi pdta. Niyam jo bhi ho. Iska kehne ka matalab hai ki cheque lagate waqt bank se call aata hai jiska cheque hota hai. Agar vo mana kar de toh bank cheque lgaayega hi nahi. Iska matlab ye hua ki cheque do fir payment stop krva do. Toh kya vo bach jaaega. Bewakoof
Sir mere papa ne usake friend ko 10 lakh diya tha wo ab is duniya me nahi raha usne gala fashi kha li to ab kya kare please help me usane signature wala cheque diya tha or usaka bhai bhi hai but wo kuch javab nahi de raha please help me and chegue dene time 2 Sakshi bhi hai please help me 🙏🙏🙏
I had given 2 cheques to 1 party 1 blank cheque and 1 5lakh cheque on the date of order he has written in the back side of order that received blank cheque as security he supplied goods after 10 days and the goods were 60to70 % damaged I requested over phone to take back the goods but he said I will exchange it he has mailed me to supply 50k stock to his friend we supplied he deposited the 2 cheque by filling full amount he did not present the 1 cheque of 5lakhs and the second cheque bounced he sent legal notice but due to covid I was hospitalised I did not receive the notice and in time frame we did not reply they filed case please advice is my case is strong to contest or should I compromise I am even ready to return stock

Yaar chup chap settlement kar lo, otherwise you will be in deep trouble. Cheque is a strong legal document.
