Why is SC not penalizing judges of HCs and Lower courts including the SHO of
the station?
Are the lower courts unqualified,, to understand the simple case and give judgement/justice? Do they have to wait until APEX court?
Justice delayed is justice denied where is this concept gone?

By giving out this judgement SC has cemented the channel of going from one tier to another tier. It has not given out even a warning to the HC and lower court, let alone punished them. The height is that it has not granted compensation/damages to the appellants. This is not justice but travesty of justice. Presents the sad state of Indian justice.
Further this is a case which influential pleaders have filed. If such a case would be filed by petitioner in person the court would not look at that petition, let alone pass a sensible decision. His case may be dismissed as frivolous and costs may also be imposed on him.
In our neighbour house, the mother in law said the newly wedded daughter in law to clean the coffee cups. For this reason, she got angry and put a 498a, DV cases against 8 people in the house. That included a 5 year old kid.

मुझे इस बात का अफसोस है को ऑनरेबल सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हसबैंड और वाइफ के खिलाफ कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया , jab case false sabit ho chuka hui to supreme court ko action lena chahiye tha , जब तक कोई स्ट्रिक्ट कानून नही बनाया जायेगा ऐसे लोगों के लिए false case आते रहेंगे
Mam why courts than listen criminals and anti country elements, judges should think with this logic in those case also.

Jb maine unke khilaf complaint ki local PS main wha ka IO unhi ka known tha usne meri family ke khilaf aur mere khilaf false FIR kr di. Fer maine RTI lga di. Main sirf CCTV footage aur RTI se hi bcha. Aur jb police waala aur meri wife aur uske ghr waale jinhone hamla bola tha ghr aakr wo bhi RTI ki wjh se fas rhe the aur CCTV footage ki wjh se bhi. Tb police waale ne thane main samjhota karwa diya aur ladki aur uske ghrwaalo ne maafi bhi maang li aur cases wapis le liye
