Do you mean at around 07:00? It's the Dambusters' March, written for a 1955 WW2 movie called "The Dambusters". It's now rather iconic in Great Britain, as it's become a propoer military march as well as a hymn; it featured in "The Boat That Rocked" (I think this one was called "Pirate Radio" in the US), and in Danny Boyle's film with the Queen and Daniel Craig for the Olympics... As well as a number of films, I reckon :o)
