Wow! That's so amazing. PTC really improved the rendering physics. Wait until Creo can animate with real-time rendering. Thank you, Vladimir. By the way, is Creo 7 academic version out for download yet?
I have checked the default cast materials and you can find by Material Search functionality in Appearances window 6 "CAST" default materials (using BUMP texture - cast)
I don't see how this is "real-time" rendering. It's just rendering. Real-time is like Unreal or Unity. I'm more interesting in working inside an environment where the final result is updated at least 60 times a second.
In these days users do not really understand the words Real time rendering.. But it is not so long before, where users need to prepare the scene and wait for a minutes to see results ;)
Thanks for showing

Yes, you are right.. PTC improved a lot of features with Creo 7. ;)
And Academic version, somebody here mentioned that is available on PTC pages, but I did not check it.
What will be the minimum system requirements for such rendering?
What you have seen was Nvidia Quadro 4GB RAM, Minimum is 2GB from my experience
How can I get a casting texture
Hi, if you can not find default Creo material for casting, use black and white picture for Bumpus and apply it for your material
