I have 53,000 points. I tried to use some at my Ford dealer on oil and filters and accessories items. They told me that the points are only for shop repair service. Well, I have a 3-year/36-month warranty. Points will expire long before I will ever need any out-of-pocket repairs. So what good is getting the points?
