Haha yes, I have the same one. I never swipe through the interface. But to be honest I only use it as a watch, to pay with it with Apple Pay or for notifications
I only use my apple watch for telling the time and media controls so for me the series 0 is still fine

I own the Series 4, but I previously had the S0. I learned one thing: I just never update. It slows the damn thing down and I never really care about the new stuff (in the case of iOS, I literally like the old stuff better), so my iPhone XS is still on iOS 12 and my AWS4 is on watchOS 5.
Kai Deumers I think you’re wrong because for example I paid on mine 4-5 years ago as much a Diesel watch. And I got the Stainless Steel one with the stainless steel link band. I think I got my money’s worth even if I don’t use all the bells and whistles. Also I really like its design as a watch so I think it was money well spent

I also have a Red Apple Watch 6. I only have it because I have cerebral palsy. I need it for the fall protection. I don\t fall often but if I get injured it’s comforting to know that it will call the ambulance. The alarm is pretty sweet. Being able to call someone while you’re driving without touching your iPhone is great!
Hmm I never thought of that, I also have CP, plus a limp, yeah I know not the combination for balance. Definitely something I need to look into, because when I go down I go down hard.

My series 3 almost has a 24 hour battery life. If I fully charge it before I go to sleep, it can last all night and almost to the next night.

Yes, he also mentions that the sleep app doesn’t give much info like apps already before it. Apple has spoken about this and said after research these rem etc can’t be read accurately through a watch. So they kept it simple.

Marques is totally cool for mentioning that MOST people aren't upgrading devices every year. I just bought a Series 6 for myself, as well as my mother who recently had a stroke and fell down at home. Luckily I was there, but I shudder to think about what would have happened if I was not. Anyway, I waited to purchase an Apple Watch until the kinks were hammered out and new features added. I'm very pleased, and can rest easier knowing my mom also has one.

Glad to hear someone say it finally, everyone compares tech to last year as if they’re being forced to upgrade every year, but there are always people with 2-3 year old devices that are due for upgrades! I upgraded my phone every year but even I didn’t think it was worth upgrading to Series 6 from the 5!

@@treyjackson97 S5 equals S4, except for the ability to control the display panel to show 1hz. So S5 is just a marketing name for the S4 chip in case if the SE, because SE doesnt have the always on disolay.

I upgraded from 4 to a six and honestly I can’t tell the difference from battery life and speed. The only difference I see is the oxygen sensor, compass and always on.
Totally believe you😂 I went from a 3 to a 6 and I see the difference in battery life and bigger screen size.. If I had a 4, I would not have upgraded, simply not enough new features. That’s also why I didn’t go from the 3 to the 4 or the 5. I only got the 6 now because I feel terribly outdated. The blood oxygen sensor still wasn’t enough. I have no daily uses for most, if not all of these sensors they keep advertising.
@Shaheer Khan It can be fairly accurate in cardio fitness tracking, I go running often. As soon as a workout is detected it maps out your entire route, until you finish and as you go. It tells you the time it took, distance you went, there is a steps counter, tells you the calories burned .. your heart rate and all that. now one thing i did notice was that it’s limited to stepping workouts.. for example, if i got on all 4s or laid on my back to do a workout, i would have burned more calories but they weren’t accurately counted each time.
I’m glad you talked about when you charge the watch. No one thinks of charging when they shower. It’s what I always do, and I actually keep it on the charger for a little after I get out, until it’s about 80% (for battery health), and then it lasts until the next night when I shower. I don’t really have time in the morning to go put it on my charger and then put it back on, I wake up late lol

This was such a honest review, reminding us that we don't always need the newest features on the newest products. I have a series 4 Apple Watch and I was going to upgrade to the SE but MKBHD has convinced me to stay where I'm at. Even he said that he's switching back to the Series 5, trying to keep up with all of the latest Apple products one will have to file for bankruptcy.

It's been done for ages. Pebble was doing it. Every smartwatch I've owned has been doing it.
Pebble and now Fitbit even have this feature where they wake you at the better time, before the alarm (something about REM sleep).
had it on my fitbit, samsung gear s3 and now garmin venu.. nothing new at all. Also that "excellent battery life" is a bit of a joke isn't it?

Been tracking my sleep with Fitbit for years. Very used to wearing a watch when I sleep, it’s not that noticeable. Seems like the best time to charge it if you care about sleep tracking is when you’re relaxing at home. I think the AW is most useful when you are out and about.
