Are you okay dude? Do you think you're having some kind of breakdown? Would it be worth speaking to a doctor or someone? I had a mental breakdown last summer, so I'm coming from a place of compassion ❤

I'm good, thanks for asking. But if I do have one I'll be sure to mention it in a video! Always happy to discuss mental health. Wishing you a wonderful 2024!

@@Charles444 yes I guess making a video about it would be good, but also go see someone if you do feel you need it.
Regarding the part in your video about not having friends; I also had this problem. It's particularly hard after you leave school and you enter your 30s, and everyone else settles down with a partner. Here's how I solved it: I started taking up hobbies with the intention of NOT making friends, and it just kinda happened. So I joined a mental health support group, and after awhile we all started going to a bar afterwards. I left my job working for a small company and joined a large company. I stopped living on my own and moved in with a stranger. I tried to start teaching myself Portuguese and started going to language exchange events in a bar, where I got to speak to Brazilians in Portuguese and English.
I have crippling social anxiety so doing all of these things was scary, but I did them without the intention of meeting new people, and I ended up making lots of friends through them. I hope this helps. Maybe make a list of interests you have and try think of things you could do that involve those interests with other people. I would recommend the language learning one. Take care ❤

@HelloOki your comment has upset me. What makes you think I was gaslighting him? The video concerned me; I was trying to make sure he was okay.

I've looked up psychological projection and okay it is possible that I'm projecting my own experience onto him. But at the same time I think anyone would find parts of that video concerning.

that doesnt sound good to me :/ i asked a spiritual teacher called '' gp walsh'' about nonduality, especially the part where the perspective that nothing is real, matters, etc. feels very cold, dull, empty and lifeless to me. he responded in a very nice way! maybe i can send you the recording but kinda what he said was theres a middle. between the absolute and the relative. if yomeone iss stuck in the absolute its not it and if someone is stuck in the relative itss neither the way to go or stay. so i dont know i hopep you get better because you seem to have lost contact with the juicyness of life?. im sure he can way better describe what i mean. im gonna try find the recordinng and hope it helps you

I sort of understand the concept of the process you describe, but I feel nothingness shouldn't be neither scary nor confusing.
If things are getting to you, talking to someone or asking for help can go a long way, more than it may seem initially from within this 'emptiness'.
