The run elite channel and book are ace. He’s a very knowledgeable fella. I’ve been trying to ‘touch on pace every run’ like he suggests.
Great video, hope your feet have dried out by now

I’m glad you’ve seen the book and channel, Billy. Yes he’s very knowledgeable and I’ve been doing the same recently with trying some pace on each run but not yesterday haha, my heart rate was up trying to get out of some of the woods i accidentally trailed into. All good fun

My GoPro said ‘unable to view clip’. Of all clips to be corrupted it was the end of video clip but I can tell you I was moaning for that bit too 😂

That must be a complaining PB on those muddy trails mate 😂
I started watching Run Elite recently too. He certainly speaks a lot of sense, or is very convincing if not 😅 Have you read all of the book?

Mate I’ve been complaining since I got home too so a huge PB today. He’s convinced me so far but I seem to take in all the info from everyone and just get more confused with what to follow. I’m half way through the book but really enjoying it.

Sorry to be so random, are you still free of coffee? would love to know that over time you have better energy without it

Hey it’s fine. I can’t say I’m 100% caffeine free as I have some decaf and chocolate occasionally. The amount I have is so low that I don’t have any symptoms like before, no neck tension or energy crashes and my sleep is still good. Energy levels are so much better without it and still don’t get tired late afternoons like I did before, even with running regularly. Are you caffeine free or thinking about doing it?

I am caffeine free for 2weeks and I have a decrease in energy. Ah thank you so much, you have given me exactly the information I need to stay motivated. I will ride this out and later on be selective about some green tea here and there. The fact that you have gone without coffee so long definitely going to try for that

ah thank you, needed to hear that it is not so bad..only 2weeks in but hearing that energy is sufficient, I will make this life long, the only reason I rely on it is for energy which seems to be a fallacy@@StevoRuns
