I don't know if you can find them in Vancouver, WA, but Vancouver, BC or any Canadian city you can, there are these cereals called Nature's Path EnviroKids cereals. They taste exactly like the cereals we millennials grew up eating, they have their own Reeses, Corn Pops, Frankenberry, Count Chocula and more.
They're made for kids to eat in place of normal sugary ones, but they've also got amazing macros so that after a killer power-clean session, I can just chill out with a giant bowl of them. My favourite one is called Leeping Lemurs, it's like a mix of Corn Pops and Reese's cereal. Try it out if you can find it!

Hey Guys great video, 2 things thing 1 you should try back bacon that stuff is awesome. Thing 2 Justin to help with your pills look down rather that tilting you head back, when you look down the pill floats to the to the top and makes it much easier to get down.

We don’t follow a “set macro” plan every day/week. There is a range we want to keep him within. Eating to perform his best while feeling his best is most important.

@@davidquirke4269 He was flat at semis and sucked at the Games. You don't think crap food can slowly undermine performance over a period of years? I certainly do. The nutritional deficiencies of getting most of your protein from whey powder, rather than good meat, by itself could play a role.

I feel like justin was more likeable pre-ellie. He cusses more now, people around him use foul language, even vulgarity. Cant watch the vids with my kids anymore which is so sad bc my 9 year old BEGGED for a mullet (and got one) after seeing Justin at the xf games in 2021.

This is just such a mean thing to comment. We get a small glimpse into their lifes and because they let a mature adult joke into the video he is suddenly less likable and Ellie is bad for him?
