Honestly, steam input should have this feature. It can do the opposite, it's great to be able to map a controller to keyboard and mouse with games that don't support a controller. But if you have a device like the darkwalker shotpad, it could be made much more versatile.

I want to run specific presets with certain games in Launchbox. Is it possible to have a script that says "open keyboardsplitterXbox.exe, MK11.preset, Start Program. Currently the only way I am able to get this work is to start the game, run the exe, load the preset manually, press start to run
Wow, well explained and straight to the point. Almost like what I've been explaining to at least 3 people using Parsec recently. Also, there's a way to use custom keyboard controls for games (old games or flash games) that don't allow for custom keyboard button mapping. If external controller isn't an option, then I use both Keyboard Splitter and another app (Antimicro) to convert from Keyboard to Gamepad to Keyboard.

But this app has option to disable keyboard so that keyboard won't recognize my keyboard as keyboard and I can play with keyboard without gamepad.

You don't need to use Keyboard Splitter if they are remote through Parsec Soda (or Parsec), they create virtual controllers for guests. Keyboard Splitter is an alternative for local gameplay setup only. If they want to remap their gamepads from client side, Keyboard Splitter is also an option.

Any device a guest uses is already mapped to a puppet. The thing is: the default Parsec map lacks dpad and analog thumb buttons. With Splitter, a guest can hide the keyboard and fake a gamepad and remap the buttons to their liking. For instance, positioning ABXY, RB, LB horizontally, so it looks like a fight pad or something like that.
Their repo on github says KeyboardSplitter cannot detect your keyboard or mouse "probably because your interception driver is not installed as it should." That what they say there.
Every single time I try to do this, I install the drivers and reboot. but after the reboot, my mouse cursor is completely gone and I have to use my keyboard to do a system restore to get it back again. I have no idea why the splitter drivers completely kill my mouse drivers and idk how to fix it.
Same!! facts, thought it was just me, this thing cancer lol just use ucr with vigem & interception, there's tons of parsec ucr tutorials on RUclips & Google, it let's your guests or even local ppl at ur house use their keyboard as a x box controller

I don't think you can overwrite the inputs of a hardware with software. At least I don't know how.
