Who puts washing machine outside the house?
That's what I was thinking. Looks like it would get rusty sitting out there in the rain and elements. Not to mention the shock hazard.
Especially one that looks like it would cost about $1000 USD

Nobody as far as I know puts the washing machine outside it would have made more sense to do another little building for the toilet and shower and sink and use the space we're the bathroom is for a kitchen
Were the sink and mirror in bathroom. Could not have a kitchen and washer outside in Lebanon, Oregon United States it rains to much and washer would be rusty, and people do not want to cook outside in rain or snow.
Stackable washer in bathroom.
You could fit a studio oven and stove by refrigerator and cupboards on the opposite of side wall.
It seems like you care more to about the TV.
The step could open for more storage space.

Роскошь, для такого пространства, выделять площадь для санузла. Его, было бы рациональнее, разместить под лестницей, высвободив площадь для кухоньки. Или, наоборот: под лестницей разместить кухню, а туалет рядом.

No handrail for stairs, so won't pass code in my country. I couldn't see a shower door. Not enough storage space, no kitchen. Maybe good as a guest house, but may be difficult to live in.

In my country, I see a family ( 5 persons) living in a triangle house of 1.5x1.5 meters ( two floors).
Because the house is in the market center, they can earn money by selling soft drinks. That is why they can't move to another place to live.

The rendering is good, but I think that the house lacks a little space for kitchen. Nobody considers to apply sliding doors.
Nice little house the thing that concerns me is having the laundry and kitchen outside what if the weather is bad can't that be dangerous especially with electrical stuff I Feel awful mentioning this as I have said the rest of its lovely apart from the outside kitchen part
