I like most of the designs but I think the cupboard is placed wrong. I think it would have been better to build a custom wardrobe with shelves on the bed (for this the computer desk may have to be removed or replaced with a smaller one). The area freed from the cupboard can be used to add a dining table or refrigerator or a cabinet.
It's cute to look at but totally impractical. For one thing, the person who took on living there must be from a homeless background living with a backpack or something. Most people have a lot more goods like needing at the very least a cupboard for clothes and where's the fridge and laundry? Surely not a washing machine in that small kitchen, not to mention where is the pantry - the storage of food and cleaning goods etc? That place would do situated in the backyard of a family home for a teenager wanting his/her own space with most of their gear inside the main home. That would work, but I can't see it working in any other way as a stand alone accommodation.
You hardly call it a house!!! 2 burner hob, mini fridge. Rid one window and gave shelf for microwave oven plus under sink a washer dryer. A fold down bed; so a sofa in the day. You need a tall slim cupboard to hang your coats in and a place for your stick vacuum/or mop n bucket. You must incorporate a tiny sink in the bathroom. To actually build a detached house that size is ludicrous. You have to have SOME storage for living essential. Where do you boil your kettle? No prep work surface either. A board to fit precise into the sink would help. It's a joke to be honest. It's only a fraction larger than a prison cell. It's an unhealthy size. No room to stretch even. Not good for the psyché. My friends little daughter has a playhouse in the garden 3x3x2.5 metre's tall and to imagine living in it is ridiculous. If I were a designer or architect I would refuse to do this kind of design for permanent living.
