      If you want to gain overall muscle, fous on other muscle groups since your abs will be visible if you have a low body fat percentage.
      You can do a few ab/core exercises at the end of your workouts.

    Hey ❤ Though I have PCOS, all dairy products, milk, yogurt, whey protein powder seem to suit my body completely and I have no issues with them so can I continue to keep dairy in my daily diet?
    Also what about tofu?
