HI!! Thank you! But does it taste good? like rate it from 1-10 because I want to make this as a snack for my friends as a graduation celebration. Thanks!! :)
@@mashypotato6070 It was delicious! I would rate it a 9/10. They were sweet and a bit salty. The texture was really creamy in the inside with a little crunch on the outside. One thing I would recommend is that maybe put in like one tbsp more cornstarch bec mine weren't as solid so it was kinda hard to bake them. I also put in one tbsp extra sugar to make them sweeter. And also the cheese was really hard to dissolve so I ended up with cheese bits in mine lol. So I wouldn't recommend putting that in. Otherwise I totally recommend making them, they make a great snack :)

I'm planning on trying it this evening, it looks so good! I'll update how it comes out :) Update: I made it, and while. it turned out good there were a few issues, though I think that was primarily my fault not the recipes. It ended out coming extremely soft because I think I put a different kind and texture of cheese, so I couldn't fry it and it caused a stranger texture. Again, not the recipes fault, just mine. Other than that, it was pretty good. One thing I would say is you have to put it a little higher on the stovetop because it took forever to heat up, so I would say about a 5, 6 at most, is a good temperature. And find a suitable container, keep in mind that whatever you put in the container, that will be the height and length of it. There was less than I expected but I chose a container that made it longer and much thinner. Since i wasn't able to fry it, I didn't get the same experience, so be sure to not make the same mistake and be conscientious on the amount, along with the type of cheese added. It was a pretty good recepi overall though, I reccommend it!
Absolutely delicious! I didn't have cheddar so I added a tiny pinch of parmesan and I used brown sugar. I still can't believe how much my whole family loved it.
Was not expecting that slice of cheese but now I’m intrigued 🤔 as soon as I get some cornstarch I’m trying this. Edit: so I made them. Also I had to increase the temp since my stove goes really low and it was over 7min and it wasn’t cooking.
your timing here isn't really off. they cut out alot of the time just spent sitting there waiting for thing to cook. on a low temperature, this sort of thing takes about 10-15 minutes to thicken to that super thick consistency.
Yea I think I was mixing for 25min or a hair more before I started getting the consistency forming. And I bumped my heat to medium low as well. I think electric stoves are able to go much lower
Could you please be specific on the timing? I made 2 attempts but failed miserably both times. I spent quite an amount of time stirring on low heat but it didn't thicken as much as seen in the video. When I took it out of the container (after 2 hours in the fridge), it was mushy and couldn't get cut into cubes. I don't know what I did wrong. Thank you.
@@blablashiba i suggest not, since wheat flour does not have same thickening effect like corn starch. I'm afraid if you add more wheat flour to achieve that thickness will affect the taste of the final result.
