For 30+ years, I've lived and breathed six primary concepts: discipline, consistency, *deadlines*, creativity, Reflection... repeat. There is nothing else outside of those six. NOTHING. End of story. HOWEVER... bear in mind that doing those six things will guarantee absolutely nothing in terms of material wealth, terrestrial success, nor popularity with humanity. You'll merely have results, but those results may or may not be "what you wanted" (or what you hoped for).
Like you said, these principles may not guarantee specific outcomes like material wealth or popularity, but they do provide a solid foundation for progress and fulfillment. Keep striving for excellence and embracing the results, whatever they may be.

Fourth one's comin' up for 2024's solstices. Finding your true identity and purpose in life can be a challenging journey, but it's also an incredibly rewarding one. It often involves self-reflection, exploration, and growth. Its okay to feel stuck at times. The important thing is to keep moving forward with courage and curiosity.
I definitely don’t have all the answers, but a good place to start is to look for what you are naturally good at and also at what gives you energy. Finding an intersection between the two would be a good road for most people to explore. If you are unsure what you are good at or what gives you energy then experiment and try a few different things. Listen to your inner voice, what is it saying? Trusting your instincts can go along way, But most importantly remember that finding yourself is a journey not a destination and through struggle and through challenges you will grow stronger and will be closer to your true self with each step.
