If the key is removing the cowling then how come you didn’t show it on this video?

What kind of spark plugs are you running? My buddy ballgag the trucker swears by NGK. But I guess he partial to those since most the freight he’s moving is NGK spark plugs and spark plug accessories

I have a 2001 24 sportcraft with a 250 2 stroke merc, what your performance numbers with the 300 Suzuki?

I had the same setup on my sportcraft when I bought it. The biggest thing I noticed was the fuel economy. I now burn about 1 gallon in 3 miles of running. It’s very quite and pushes my boat at a top speed of 45 mph. I have had a few issues with the motor. At the 20 hour break in service the lower unit had to be replaced. We also had a low voltage issue that shuts the entire motor down if your battery gets low. Not a good feature when your 30 miles offshore. I also had a fuel rail issue that caused the motor to not start after you ran the motor to temperature. When it cooled down it would start back up. After these issues were worked out we haven’t had any trouble. It was all covered under warranty and Suzuki was great to work with. The biggest difference was the fuel economy. Thanks for watching

@@robertsonfamilyadventures7082 than you for the information, I currently work for Suzuki Motors of America as a technical trainer. I have been debating a 250 or 300. This helped tremendously since there is not many Sportcraft test reports.
