Easy Breakfast Casserole
Easy Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
• 1 pound Sausage
• 6 Eggs
• 2 cups Milk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 package Frozen Hashbrowns 15oz
• 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded - I like cheddar but you can use your favorite
Instructions
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Crumble sausage into a skillet on the stove and brown completely. Remove from heat.
• In a large bowl, mix eggs and milk together and whisk well.
• Add salt and pepper to this mixture and stir.
• To a 9x13 dish, add frozen hashbrowns, sausage, and cheese - stir together in the dish
• Pour the egg/milk mixture into the dish.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes - covered with foil. Remove the foil and bake for about 10-15 minutes more until the dish is bubbly and cheese is melted.
• Serve and Enjoy!

I am so glad that Marie went to the Doctor. That stuff can turn so quickly into pneumonia. My son is recovering from pneumonia now and he is still coughing. It’s not to be messed around with. Most all casseroles can be frozen. Reheating just depends on how you do it. I usually just microwave on low heat until it thaws and then get it hot enough to enjoy

I didn't think of this before, but you could probably use any leftovers from making this into breakfast burritos. Just add a little mild salsa into the filling if you have any, roll up and heat burritos in aluminum foil.

First time seeing your channel, love it! Word of caution when your spraying the foil, lay it over the dish with the side up you need to spray. The spray hitting on the floor is slippery, no need to ask how I know. Get well soon, blessings!
