      @@PhysiqueDevelopment I started with a new trainer about 10 weeks ago and am changing programming this week so I will certainly request any movements that I know you could tweek and make more effective! The modified curtsy lunge was a fantastic one that you did. I've had a few lower back surgeries and the leg press, squat, and thruster are ones that seem to be causing increased pain. I took a week off of doing them and also when I went back I significantly decreased weight load but still feel discomfort AFTER the exercises. Anything that you can recommend to replace or tweek those to lessen strain on the lower back would be awesome!

    Can I successfully execute this Exercise using bands? I work out from home and feel like This can be mimicked by positioning the band on my power rack similar to where it would need to be on a cable machine? Maybe you guys can add more content on how to use bands when you don’t have a cable machine available! 😃😃😃

      Hey John! Yes, you can most definitely mimic this movement with bands. We will add the possibility of posting more exercises utilizing bands!

    Can I do this with feet flat on the floor or is the elevation important?

      you can do it with feet flat on the floor, but it will impact your output because you don't have something to oppose you as you row!
