one thing I wish you had added was a kill switch just in case it fell over during operation. in the past these types of heaters caused a lot of house fires. I am not certain how effective the kill switch would actually be considering how hot those coils can get, but it might be something worth considering if you plan on actually using it for it's intended purpose. also, fantastic restoration it looks great.

@@AntiqueVintageRestoratioNs No problem. If you are thinking about it, you may want to go grab a cheap modern one, take it apart, and see how they do it. Most just have a button on the bottom that is depressed by the weight of the heater and pop up if the heater falls over, causing the heater to stop functioning

Hello, nice work, but do you have some authorisation for electrical works? From video is visible basic fault, which make this heater extremly unsafe. Your heater is allways under voltage when is connected by electrical socket. Because the phase wire (insocket cable the brown wire) is connected directly to one clamps of heater element. This cable should be allways connected thru main switch. In your video is thru main switch connected neutral wire (the blue one) and this is wrong. In your case allways when heater will be in socket and he will be switched off by main switch is still dangerous voltage on the heating elements, any contact with wires on heating element can kill you, even if look heater as switched off!! However rest of restoration works are unbelieveable. Good job. And please fix his basic fault it is really dangerous for usage.

Hello friend. Sometimes I find these types of products on the side of the road, thrown away, and sometimes people sell products from their deceased parents' or grandparents' youth, thinking that they can never be used again or cannot be repaired, so I buy them at a very low price.❤
