I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that you were so clear with your instructions and you moved at such a pace that I could follow, reason being, I am disabled with the brain disease and losing my vision but thank you so much I’m an older person 77 years old, and just so happy I found a video that I could clean my Nespresso deluxe plus I love it. I’ve had it for gosh maybe four or five years cause I’ve tried to keep it so clean. But now, since I live alone, I had to learn how to do this by myself, my friends also were amazed and so happy and I found a good video to help me. So once again, Malli! I even have to normally use audio on my devices but today I used talk and text I should say yeah it is today it’s past midnight and live in the state of Washington. I’m an old Homestead from Alaska, so was so so nice to meet you and I’m saving your video so I can have it to keep my machine working. It’s so much easier to use this machine when you become disabled, so seems like you have a young one. I have lots of grandkids and great grandkids so take care and hope to hear back from you if you’re able, and I do enjoy my coffee, especially this kind of coffee although I have a froth and I make lots of nice drinks for the friends and family my name is Helen, but everybody online calls me Helena I don’t do a lot of social media I used to when I was younger but now just a little bit so thanks again good night🙋🏼♀️💛😊
I should have watched this instead of the nespresso video!! I was following the nespresso video instructions and got stuck on the rinse cycle because they said to press the button 3x. I did that and my machine wasn’t doing anything, just kept giving me the blinking orange light! Well I see on your video you just pressed the button 1x. So I did that and now it’s working! 🙌🏻

I descaled for the first time after 10 month…I’ve always used filtered water. I did exactly what you described my water didn’t come out as dirty as yours which surprised me…this whole scaling is so easy. Thank you, Thank you!

Just descaled ours after a year or two, and it is clear that our dirty machine had been missing with the flavor of the coffee. Gonna be a regular descaler now for sure.

Hi, I always come to this video when it’s time to descale. Super appreciate it, but I have encountered that my machine refuses to go solid green when moving out of the descaling mode. It just goes to red and green. Any thoughts on this issue?
I’ve had mine since mid December and descaled at the beginning of Feb I think. Me and my husband both use it so I’m trying to be on the safe side with timing!
All of a sudden no crema--help! In soft water area but do I need to descale anyway? Machine not indicating descaling but taste is off, and no foam...Thanks
@@poohbear717171 how did I miss this?! @Maison Mali I went to pick up the solution and they told me it’s ok that I haven’t descaled the machine yet. The concern is mostly to get rid of the build up from the hard water. So long story short. If you’re using bottled water like I am, you can push the descaling process back a little. Just wanted to share this info!✨
