Dr. Berg I’m so excited that you’re focusing on pregnancy in the upcoming videos! I’m planning to start a family in the upcoming year or two and I have so many questions on what to eat and also what supplements are and are not allowed. I’m 32 years old right now and have no kids. I know I’m a bit older for getting pregnant, so I want to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Especially because I’m planning for a natural home birth with potentially a midwife. Right now I’m trying to work on my health first, and then once my health has been restored, I want the best for my pregnancy and unborn child. Your timing could not be better for me! Thank you 😊

Awesome. Homebirth is the way. Usually in hospital they would love to "vax" your newborn baby and also this sterile environment is not natural. Focus on eating animal foods and keeping your carbs low therefore you will have the right hormonal balance

      Stay healthy, do not worry.
I had our third the day after my fortieth. We call it our birthdays (her term originally: how touching.)
We are making plans for her University attendance this term (it's fun buying stylish towels and kitchen utensils.)
Not only is she genius level intellectually, she is gifted at art. Stunning looking as well. More beautiful than many in acting and modelling. Fabulous hair.
Like her two brothers she is gifted in music.
      Watch your folic acid levels.
Now I may be investigated for a fourth pregnancy: my doctor estimated nine months!
Much as I would have loved another child, I am too old. However, the women in our family tend to be long-lived.
Ninety one up to ninety six.
All the best, enjoy yourself. Try to stop drinking.

    Preeclampsia with 3 pregnancy
    1) 6 month still born
    2) born 1 month earlier. Ncu for 1 month. Alive and healthy 11 years old now
    3) twins. Both born at 5weeks 6 days. 1 lived to 8 days. Was 14 oz and had brain bleed. The second was a 1 lb. Had cateract surgery, ulcers, and air respiratory even when sent home. Was in Ncu for 5 months. Happy and healthy now at age 6. But the thing about twins is I always am reminded about his sister that could be here too.
I found out about Dr Berg only after my last pregnancy. But God do I wish I caught him sooner. Unlike the doctors at hospitals,. I consider him a REAL doctor.

Something else I just remembered is I read encapsulating your placenta and taking it can help with postpartum depression and also increase milk supply. I don't know how well it works for everyone, but I did it with both my children and had no depression and great milk supply personally. Hope this helps! 🙏❤

Thank you so much for doing more pregnancy videos! I keep hearing you say do healthy keto but "don't intermittent fast". What's your recommendation for an eating window. When I was pregnant doing healthy keto, there wasn't any keto pregnancy videos out yet & one of my biggest issues was waiting to eat in the morning. I would be sick until I ate which caused me to break my fast way earlier that normal. More like 9-10am instead of my normal 12-1pm. I didn't know at the time what was right & I tried to do an 8 on - 16 off fasting & was eating 3 meals plus a snack since I was so hungry. My window was usually longer than 8 hours but I tried to stick closer to that. What's your recommendation on that?
Also, I had a hard time eating anything fatty in the morning & for the first trimester. I basically wasn't keto for the first trimester until the sickness subsided. What foods would you recommend for morning sickness & normal pregnancy sickness? I wanted dry, non fatty items & any normal people were just like, "eat crackers"... which I didn't.
Thank you again so so much! 🙏❤❤❤

@@vchafab Do know also that a deficiency usually has co-factors. Salt, bile salts, apple cider vinegar, vitamin D3 and K2, cooking the cabbage and broccoli to extract the minerals better, using animal fat exclusively, using a good probiotic, and avoiding carbs for awhile are just a few of the additional things that may also need be done to really kick those sweets. I also use a good bone supplement as you may need upwards of 7,000 -9,000 mg or 7 - 9g of calcium to see a change depends on the extent of the deficiency. Dr Berg covers all the pieces of the puzzle. He might have a presentation that is more direct that I don't know about. Last thought, sweets burn vitamin B1. This is one of the reasons insulin stops working as with type II diabetes (plus another boat load of mineral problems as systems are depleted)

I think gestational diabetes might be your answer. Lots of spiked insulin.
Also maybe look into what percentage of whole grain is in some favorite whole grain products. There may not be a huge health difference between that and the more refined carbohydrate options.

What can treat a chest infection in a 2 year old...(not antibiotics)?? 🙏

    • @dawnelder9046
      @dawnelder9046 3 года назад +2

I understand your reluctance for antibiotics, as antibiotics cause their own health problems. I do not do well with them myself.
But if the infection gets bad, you might not have a choice. Better alive on antibiotics than dead. It is that simple. If the infection is just barely getting started, and you know the signs, try rubbing goose grease over the chest and putting an old t-shirt over that. Put child to bed and check condition very often. Every half hour until you know your child is good. If it gets worse you will need to get medical help. If it is already bad I suggest getting the help now and try the goose greese in the future. You can buy live prebiotic for children to help undo the damage from the antibiotics.

Check out Dr. Berg’s other videos. Things can escalate quickly, but there are natural foods and herbs to treat and prevent lung issues, as well as heal the gut and tissues after antibiotics if need be. Perhaps also look into Doctor’s recommending saline nebulizers. They are available online and on Amazon and videos from doctors are on RUclips.

Bifidobacteria based probiotics. Make him/her inhale eucalyptus oil to thin mucus and force lungs to remove it. I would not use any strong herbs orally like garlic or simply other antibiotics, the child is too sensitive to that. Breast milk in that case would be ideal food. Dont give the child too much sugar - limit fruit and other carbs. You can make liver patee or blend chicken with some meat sauce. Sugar wont provide any nutrition to help heal the lungs. Sugar has cooling effect, you wanna keep the body heat high. Small pieces of papaya or mango are best, i dont reccomend acidic fruits to a small baby. If you give the kid antibotics it will simply leave the permanent damage on his gut, therefore huge possibility of allergies and acne in the future..

There are more than billion people in India born and raised on rice.
Calling rice bad for pregnant women doesn't sound smart.
However I do like your other videos. I did do your 3 days no food fasting back to back with 1 meal per day for 2 months. Lost 20kg and built some strong immune system. 5 days ago, I vaccinated with Pfizer and had no side effect other than mild pain on injection spot. No headache no fever or anything at all. 3 years ago I got bit by tick and fainted. My immune was shot untill the IF.

doctor berg recommends taking b vitamins in a complex and best in natural form like "nutritional yeast". When you decide to take a supplement u should aim for methylated forms of b9. non methylated b9 or b12 can raise homocystein in people with mthfr variants. Liver, kidneys, egg yolks, sheep milk are the best sources of folate

@@paulrodrigo9262 Hi Paul, thank you so much. I really appreciate your help and concern and I am grateful and happy that you and your wife were blessed with children 🤗 However Im not trying to fall pregnant at the moment and Im not in the U.S. so I dont think I'd be able to make that call 😅 What I meant by my comment, is that when I am pregnant and get cravings, my inlaws are going to do their best to persuade me to eat whatever I'm craving, because "If you want a donut, there's something in that donut your body is asking for and you should eat it." Like yes, that is sugar, and the part of my brain that wants it is the same part of my brain that reacts to drug addiction (something like that) so they are basically convincing me to be a drug addict 😥 Im grateful that my partner stands by me though. He steps in when it gets abit overbearing. (They already persuade me to eat unhealthily, its going to be a lifelong battle).
But back to the doctor story. My mom was also told by the docs that she could never have children, and she researched and researched, how diets affect your acidity levels and aaaalllllllll that jazz, and about 4 years later she got pregnant with me 😊 And I have a younger brother too. My mom is now an alternative healthcare practitioner of 20 odd years (Im 22) and she has helped nurmerous other women fall pregnant who were told they cant fall pregnant, amongst other things. And it all mainly leads back to the diet 👍 But thank you so much for your help and I really am very happy for you and your wonderful wife. May the Lord continue to bless you and your sweet family, and may your family grow and bring you and your wife immeasurable joy. God Bless you and have a wonderful day 🙏🌹
