They did not expect Kenya to move this heavy equipment from Nairobi at our own cost? Biden promised that the heavy equipment will be here, by the time the Kenya Police arrived!! Take it easy. Equipament cannot be delivered before a safe perimeter have seen secured.
This is a UN coordinated mission and kenyans leading it wouldn't be there if everything wasn't already set up.
