I regret not finding this video sooner...

My backhand has always been my weak spot by far... I've had like 5 different coaches trying to make me change the way I do it ( one handed, two handed, different grips, and more) and it was getting annoying cause they all wanted me to do it differently, but this videos are ACTUALLY helping a lot, thanks

That means a lot, Nicolas, because I went through the same thing, too! I'm so happy that this coaching is working for you. It's our goal to make tennis simple and also accessible. Thanks for watching! -Kirby

Its all about the racket path not using the wrist well at least not until you become a more advanced player. Its all about racket path and getting good extension on your follow through.

I can highly recommend the "TopspinPro" to learn an excellent topsin/slice etc...

This video series is really great Kirby, thanks! I love the depth and progression that is in them, gives me a much clearer understanding of what I need to be doing. You guys rock!

I reckon this comment is 2 years late ... but the fluidity of her movements are stunning, especially when going through the motions in low speed, really makes someone appreciate how good a refined technique looks.

I have to admit, as a righty, I do appreciate the mirrored video.

Useful video. Thanks for uploading. My only suggestion is slow down the speed of the narration and have gaps where the person isn't talking as it makes it easier for the viewer to focus on the visual aspect of the video and the stroke elements of it.
