Once I play that dino and discard the Harbinger, I'd let the table know, "hey, in case anyone tries to remove this special Hexproof, something like Archetype of Endurance or Shadowspear will not work." and that way it doesn't come across as rules lawyering. I'm telling them in advance rather than waiting for them to reveal a card in their hand that they clearly don't want people to know they have if they do a take-back-sies.

I checked the situation in CR and TOP is considered a variant of trample. That's the same as with hexproof from and normal one. The difference is that hexproof has a special rule that sais it's variants can be found by abilities that refer to "hexproof". There isn't such rule for trample. I guess we need wait till the Rex is printed. Maybe WotC will change the CR to allow that interaction

Yeah, that's a fair question. It's not so much a separate ability but just a variation of it. They are both in CR 702.19 which is the section dedicated to Trample, but the "c" is just to explain the variation that is ToP.

I have some decks that are a bit out of the box with certain cards that I include, cards that don't show up on EDHREC or are maybe a lot lower on the list than they should as a lot of people maybe just don't know how they interact.

#1: It will remove both, CR 702.11e. #2: Your hopes would be safe and sound, the dino would get 1 counter for each of the versions of Hexproof. #3: Correct, it would need to be the actual Keyword Ability of Hexproof for it to 'have it'. #4: The Trample over PWers would be its own counter, and just like #3 it doesn't actually have the Keyword form of Hexproof, so your dino would have 3 counters.
Ah, very good question. Yes, if you Speak Double and have it enter as a copy of something like Adaptive Automaton or Denry Klin, Editor in Chief, your Clone version would see the "as it enters" and "enters with" abilities.

Sadly, when in the Zones of the BF and the Stack, double faced cards will only have the characteristics of their front face, which is a bummer in this case.

Is the Indominus Rex female? Wasn't the thing in the original JP movie that they were using frog DNA that changed its sex depending on the temperature? Does the Indominus do that too?
The indominus is specifically gendered female in the movies, referring to her a she when they talk about all the way she's different than it's t-rex. And unlike the first one it's not frog DNA. Part of the intent was implied to use her as breeding stock to create dinosaur war machines, or something? The Jurassic series is just about putting dinosaurs on screen and there is only the barest hint as to a reason why that's a thing happening. I really hope that the villain in the next one is just like fuck it, I fucking love dinosaurs. I think it'd be cool to make a bunch of dinosaurs. Oh no I have been careless with my dinosaurs!
