hi sis, the pulichaikirai flower is known as roselle, it's very good for health we can make jam or drink out of it. Lemongrass we usually use the bottom root part only in cooking it's very fragrant and the leaves we dried it use together with sambarani it's gives nice smell and very relaxing... First time hearing lemongrass use for rasem.... tq
That flower is Pavazha Malli sister, it flowers in the evening and the most fragrant flower
pavazhamali - it has nice fragnance esp during rainy season it will be split down everywhere and garden looks beautiful ❤
