This was SO relaxing and refreshing to watch. So glad you shared so much of the nature side (and that you extended your stay cuz I didn't want it to end.) I want to go there now (well, I already did, but now the "desire is higher"!) My fave part was when you were explaining that you couldn't cancel your reservation without it costing $80, but what was SO good about that was the wind and the rustling aspen trees in the background. The sound was amazing. I kept playing it over and over. Also: Smoky saying "Coooool, and wowwww." Brings back such great memories of traveling with our son growing up. Crack up how they rule the schedule no matter what your parenting style is. Everyone's exhausted at the end and nap is king! (and stressballs over how they'll do on the plane EVERY time. 😂 (btw.... can you link where you stayed or the rental company you used? I missed if there was a house tour, but that place was stellar.)

I basically raised my second son in a backpack (lighter than the one you are using)
I needed my hands to look after my older son
Ben loved it - he was up high, I could talk to him easily as he was right by my head
I would actually do my house chores ( even making dinner) with him in pack
I never used a stroller again - except I had a double racer I would run with both boys
I also had Ben in the backpack in the pool as Jonathan was in "mom and tot" swim class

Love Jackson Hole such a great place and YESSSS Local was so good, we loved the unique menu, the buffalo Tartar and the beef marrow were so good. Can’t go wrong there, also Gun Barrel Steak and Game house another great place they cook over wood fire so good. Hatch the Mexican restaurant also excellent. So many great choices in the area. Made me miss it when I saw your vlog . Will you share your Air BNB please the place you stayed looks more like my husband and I speed. Downtown was nice but looking for more of a place like that ❤

The altitude gets ya! Another good thing to have is bear bells. It's good to make noise while you're hiking, as wildlife will usually avoid you if they hear you coming.
