Yeah, sounds like it. Your battery really just starts the car and the alternator runs all the electrical after that. If the alternator is no good, it’s not going to keep those systems going.
I mean I’ve definitely seen alternators be bad right out of the box, but that’s uncommon and the odds of 2 in a row would be ridiculous. Are they bad immediately or they’re failing after driving? Have you checked your battery and grounds?
Not the Bulletproof one, but you can still get a replacement alternator that will fit. I think the one I used was an ACDelco. It’s still on there today.

I wish you could still get those Department of Boost alternators. Ford doesn't even sell the 09-10 alternator anymore and theyre impossible to find.
I think mine is an ACDelco from RockAuto. It’s still on there from when I did the video.

For some reason when I did a pull the alternator went out shortly after. I’ve changed 3 alternators already.

If you buy a Denso alternator for a 2010 it should work. It’s a revised design
