    Using same logic...how we can digest 2 scoops of whey per day?
    For 50GM protein we have to eat more than 200 gm pulses.

      Bhai ek normal adult aaram se kha leta h 200gn pulses subah sham ka mila k . Aur sahi kah raha h bhai whey better option h usne aise thodi bola seedha 2 scoop se start karo aur bhai maas gainer ko chodte he wapas calorie deficit me chale jaoge kyuki seedha 6-7 chapati kam ho gayi diet se to mass gainer chodte he wapas skinny ho jayega isliye usne kaha h ki dhhere dhere diest increase karo aur saath me protein lo

    Also gainer has same type of calories and nutrients, which can balance your macros but will imbalance your micros, i don't recommend mass gainers. Better make smoothies for more calories.

    @yourfitnesstories Agar aap yeh bol rahe ho ki 70-90g carbs nahi digest hoga toh simple hai bahi aap 4 roti toh khaa hi sakte hai toh is hisaab se half serving gainer lelo 35-45g carbs toh easily digest ho jayega.     Vaise bhi mass gainer sugar se bhara pada hota hai. Sirf motapa ata hai isse, muscle nahi bante. Aur bhukh lagni kam ho jati hai, wo alag ek issue hai.

    Bhai ye mere liye bhout aasan hai kyunki me 4 se 5 ya 6 roti kha jata huu with 1/2kg curd for weight gaining aor mera weight aab 86 kg hai jab ki pehle 76 tha aab 1.5 month me weight gain kiya hai dabake khai only desi khana na ki gainer be desi.😊😊

    Bhai mai 7 - 8 roti rozz kha jata hu😅 lekib weight 51kg h. To kya mai atom ka whey protein le sakta hu aur mai 14yrs ka hu aur achi khasi exercise krta hu jaisa running jogging calisthenics.

      Work your ass off in the gym and take approx 10-15 gram protein in every meal with 5-6 CLEAN meals with good carbs in them for instance 3-4 chaptis, rice with chicken/pulses/ cottage cheese/ tofu/ peanut butter/ milk/ oats/ whey.
