And the story began when he had an encounter with Paul Mc Cartney on a Christmas evening and chat a little. Tom told him about the band and the record that just came out. Paul went to a store around the corner to buy it. And then, in the next Live 8, happened what he tells here. I heard this told by Tom in an interview many years ago, in 2007, when Keane came to my country 🇦🇷 for the first time.

Absolutely amazing!! So lovely that they have been able to meet Sir Paul several times and I've heard before that he likes Keane. Its touching to see Tom get emotional remembering this beautiful experience.
It should be no surprise that a legend like Paul McCartney has good taste in music. Tom has a gorgeous voice but damn do I want to hear McCartney sing their songs!
