@@belenm.7671no offence but I really hate when people say this. I'm a musician myself, I'm a huge fan of Keane, and if I was on this carriage with them I would be either (if they let me) harmonising and drumming along, or otherwise you bet I would be recording it on my phone, so I could enjoy the moment again and again for years. I get that it can be annoying to see a crowd full of phones, and yes there will be some people who just share it on social media and never look at it again. But I still have videos on my phone/computer of old concerts I went to, I still enjoy rewatching moments from them every once in a while. Why do people feel the need to tell others how they should enjoy their experiences? Anyway, just my opinion...
Very few, another example is Mon Laferte. She use to give small recitals, 3 songs, only she and her guitar at any city at the street. Some of them are in RUclips like this one.
To me it's more about why they would do this. What is the purpose of doing this on public transportation? Just do it in a studio where the sound quality will be top notch, zero consideration went into this whole thing. I like them and I'm a fan of their music but this was poor planning.
@@inc0de How on earth was it "poor planning"? The idea was just to do something a little different and more spontaneous or impromptu feeling for BBC Music Day and bring the music to somewhere else. The whole point of it is that it's meant to be the very opposite of a studio version!
Many singers, especially in the tenor register, tend to add grain to their register, losing their previous clean characteristic. Lots of touring cause in many occasions stress in the vocal chords. Liam Gallagher is the perfect example of that. On other occasions, the change is more subtle and gradual, like with Chris Martin, but definitely doesn't remain the same over time. Not only that, many tenors lose quickly part of their top register, like David Bowie or Sting, unable to perform Roxane in the original register only a couple of years after recording it. Francis Healy from Travis is 50, and he's been struggling to reach the upper notes for a while now.
Wow, Tom's voice is better now than ever. He went through the fire and came out the other side even better. For everyone dealing with addiction , let tom's story give you hope.

@@pushkarreddy16 nah Coldplay is good but keane is better. I get bored half way through Coldplay songs while I can't stop once I start Hope and Fears.
