I just made them with double the amount of dough and they are really good. I put a little bit more flour in the second batch which improved the texture and I added salt for better flavour. Next time I will try adding backing powder because they bake very flat.

@@emilya3621 I bake often and my rule of thumb is, 1/2 cup sugar per cup of flour. The Oreos are already very sweet, no need to add so much unless you want tooth decay.

That's usually what a cheesecake themed dessert is, and idk what u expected. Using actual cheesecake batter would make for terrible cookies. More of a weirdly baked sheet cake bc of how thin the batter is.

I made them and they were amazing. I warmed them up in the microwave for 10 seconds and it melted in my mouth. (I only warmed them up because I put them in a closed container)

Well, maybe skip the granulated sugar part. Pretty much everything else has sugar in it, but maybe it will reduce the sweetness of it. You can also make sure you buy some of said ingredients that say “no sugar” on the label. Hope it helps.
