    Top five biohacks:
1)doom scrolling late into the night (you wont have access to the internet when you die, so use it before you use it)
    2) binge eating an entire packet of Oreos (improving blood sugar)
    3) never leaving the house (avoid skin cancer)
    4) 6-8 beers every night (adds relaxation, vasodilation)
    5) never showering (avoids any toxins in soaps, shampoos, deodorants, etc)

As a nature photographer, I've seen hundreds if not thousands of sunrises and I agree 100% about the feeling of early morning red light hitting your face.
It truly gives me an unparalleled boost that lasts for hours.
I would say that a lot of it also comes from the joy I experience at witnessing the beauty in addition to the effect of the light in my eyes and on my skin.
I almost never regret pulling myself out of bed to see a sunrise, even though I don't do it nearly as often these days!
I would highly recommend everyone try it at least once in awhile!

    Love your content, brother.
    Always fun and educational.
Some of my experiences with bio "hacks":
    1. Water... Unless you are making a conscious effort to drink a lot of water, you're probably not drinking enough. And man, what a massive difference it makes. And not just "drink more water" but "replace other liquids with water... And then still drink more water."
    2. Same as you, no phone before bed. No tech in the bedroom, period. Bedrooms are for sleep and sex; if you don't need it for either of those, get it out of your bedroom.
    3. Bare feet as often as possible. I have to say, I've felt next to no physical benefits from this. But mentally and spiritually, it's been great. I value my outside time so much more.. walking in the yard and feeling the freshly fallen rain on the grass, or stepping in the mud... It just makes you feel like a kid again and like you're that much closer to Mother Earth.
    4. Watching Pigmie. My member has grown 28 inches since finding this channel. My dog that ran away came back. And I was able to quit my bleach addiction.

These observations are interesting because I notice the same thing about the morning sunrise. The grounding works for me instantly. It's a sensation you learn to feel come over you barefoot in grass. I literally relax deeper almost immediately. Pretty certain static buildup balances when you ground.

I had to stop Ashwagandha after a couple weeks, it felt like I got more depressed and less motivated. I can't say I felt any of the benefits, my work-outs didn't improve either.
HRV seems to be the same whether I was on Aswha or not.
This is anecdotal and depression and motivation comes and goes, one thing I did notice when on Aswha was that I wasn't able to enjoy music the same way. Music felt less intense for some reason.

It definitely reduces my fomo

Its worth noting that multiple studies have shown that ice baths can reduce hypertrophy (muscle growth), so it may not be a good idea to take them if your goal is to build muscle.
I'm not an expert so I could be wrong. Also, ice baths can have benefits (better sleep, reduced stress, better blood flow, etc.) that some may view as worthwhile even with the side effect of reduced hypertrophy, so ask yourself if the benefits outweigh the costs.

Biohacking was originally started to find ways to get/be better without that kind of thing. That's like recommending TRT instead of Tongkat Ali/Ashwagandha. While I suppose there isn't a real concrete definition of "biohacking", the whole point of it is still more about getting your own body to a point where medical intervention isn't necessary, or to at least prolonging it. If you're just going to inject pharmaceuticals, you're no longer doing that.

@@iandamato5500 I have done multiple 3day/72 hours. And one 96 hours so far.
Last one was 24 hard dry fast and rest 48 hours water only (so 72h in total but dry at the start)
Hard dry fast is said to boost autophagy 3 times faster than a regular waterfast thats why I did it.
I don't do it for losing fat (which you will) I do it for health benefits (recycling of old damaged cells, fungi, bacteria etc)
First time 72h waterfast I got rid of a skin fungus in my private place...which I had since 10 years from unprotected Ons, no doctor/antibiotic creme could help me with.

Last one I did first 24 hard dry fast (boosts autophagy 3x more) then rest 48h water.
When your body does not get anything to eat it starts to search for fuel in your body from old/damaged cells and even fungi and bacteria.

@@iandamato5500 10 days was my record. It is very tough, and I think anything beyond 3-4 days isn't really necessary unless you're obese and trying to lose weight quickly. I felt mental clarity and focus like never before, and felt like it raised my vibration some. Physically, felt low energy though it was still possible to go to work and do exercise. I felt like I needed more rest. Afterwards, my gut biome was totally reset so that's always a good benefit.
