Nice job! and thanks for the tips on the fork and wheel cleanups. I think most of us garage monkeys can take off a wheel and slip the forks out of the clamps. What I didn’t want to do was open the forks, and basically get into an area where I’m uncomfortable. I know you’ve got a few great videos on fork rebuilding, but like I always say.. push your boundaries,,but know your limits. My limits end with a seal driver😆
I love these years of the low rider also. I have a 2015 white hot pearl and blue pearl two tone. In my opinion, it's the best paint scheme of the low rider in this era. Also, I now have the paint matched ST fairing, which definitely gets a lot of looks!
I know a Dude that blew the Clear Coat off his tank and fenders and got pressurized water through the Air filter into the throttle body. I definitely do not recommend anyone using a Pressure Washer.
No disrespect to the aforementioned “dude”, but he just needs to learn how to use a pressure washer. Used improperly they’ll take the siding off your house, but when setup correctly they are great for a ton of applications - including vehicles.
For those asking… if you’re interested in buying this bike, send an email to info@ironanchorcycles.com - thanks!
Very worthwhile content. May this series last as long as possible!
Great job! Learned more new things I can do myself
Man your keep bringing the heat with these builds.

use a light type of scotchbrite - a white or red pad. not as strong as the grey or green pads. great for removing oxidation on the forks
That looks Real Good !!
I still think you need to do an FXR... Lol
He has. Did a whole build series

I'll buy it but I only want to pay just a little bit less than you did. :P. Nice machine
cut a scotch brite into strips and go at it produces a nice brushed look
Good video!
It's the same color as my bike!
Beautiful bike. I don't why and I've even seen harley techs do this as well but overfill the oil.
Detailing chemical companies make anti Aluminum Oxidation products used some on my Dyna Fxd, not perfect but it helped ALOT!
