I just want to comment how amazingly far your production quality has come. It's so cool to see you grow as a business women and your branding and marketing is not only tasteful, but makes it easy for us to find the yoga style, body parts targeted, and duration we need. Also, with each new flow it is evident that you put a lot of thought into the sequencing, so that the poses slowly build on each other. And that the muscle groups targeted slowly begin to communicate and work together to strengthen, open up, and release. I really am blown away by your skills as a teacher. I was expecting a gentle yoga but I really enjoyed how this flow progressed so smoothly that I didn't notice I was sweating from the standing splits! ❤️

Amazing! I noticed that you repeat sequences within your classes. I don't see others do that much. It's very relaxing and I think the predictability helps me let go

Seriously one of the best flows. You get some good stretching in and feel amazing the next morning. It really got rid of my belly stress bloat. Returning to do this one often!
What I especially love about your yoga and your yoga channel is the flow. I love being able to flow and not overthink all my poses and stretches, just syncing breath and body. It’s so healing ❤

I feel thoroughly rinsed. Love the tone of your voice and the pace of your practice. I'm a slower breather and feel rushed in some practices (other teachers). It was so refreshing and calming to move with my natural breath. Thank you 🙏
Today I decided to skip the gym and do yoga at home instead because I was feeling drained of energy. The part where the flow really begin to set in was my favorite part. I almost wanted to give up in the beginning because I felt my legs burning but I continued and in the end I feel reborn and so fresh. Grateful for your videos they always help me feel better and at peace ❤
I really enjoyed this...thank you. I want to do yoga every morning...am not really one for routines but am 50 years old now so feel more need to keep my body moving and flexible as long as possible. This was really good for breathing...and lung detox. I think you are a bit of a yoga genius! ❤

Love the progressive flow, got my heart pumping and a good stretch for those legs.
I did this routine with a headache, aches and fatigue ( am just starting to use water kefir so it’s a normal reaction). I had to drag myself to the mat. Sarah Beth, thank you SO MUCH!! My head has cleared and I feel so much better. Maybe it’s ‘in my head’, but the results are there. I réalise that however hard it is to get on the mat when you’re not feeling great, it probably means, you really need to, and you’ll be grateful you did.🙏🙏🙏
Definitely one of my new favorites for opening up my hips and back. I love how the split flat back stretches in my calves too!
Just when I thought I couldn’t do one more, I did and I could and that was the push I needed to feel it all through and through ❤

Wow! I thoroughly loved this! I have scoliosis and IBS. I carry lots of inflammation and use yoga, as well as a chiropractor, to manage my pain and symptoms. I felt so much relief after this video! I experienced the best stretch and realigned that I've had in awhile! Thank you!
This is such a fun and unique flow! I loved the transition from the twist in crescent lunge into warrior two and the way you built on the sequence each round.

This is a perfect flow. It allows the space to modify if you want it a little bit more intense, but it has a beautiful range of poses to feel like a little of everything is hit. Thank you Sarah and team❤

After my fourth concussion I hadn’t been able to do this routine without losing balance and having head spins, so many of tbese poses I wasn’t able to do until today. I did a session of Angel Healing for vertigo and on myself acouple of months ago and today I was able to finish the whole routine with success. So grateful for this first milestone experience on 24/01/01. Happy New Year everyone!

Needed this today. Thank you for sharing, Sarah Beth. I was feeling a little stuck and frustrated and knew I wanted to get on the mat and follow a vid, but I didn’t want to do a power flow or anything restorative. This was the perfect mix of both. 👌 Your pacing has become something magically perfect - I’ve followed your channel for a few years now. I like the transitions in this and never felt bored or too tense. I enjoyed the reminders to relax and let go. Ah, I feel much better. Thank you for helping me to connect with my body. Namaste 🙏
This might be my favourite so far! Built up a good sweat but I was able to do everything and even make smooth transitions! I have found out though that one side of my body seems to be more balanced and flexible. I find it easier to do most moves on one than the other, even managed to find heart centre on that last one but the other side I kept wobbling about.

A bit of a challenging flow but awesome nonetheless. It showed me that I need to practise my breath flow, when it got tough I struggled to stay calm so will do this flow often to practice
I really liked how you gradually added extra movements to the flow routine each time through. It made it feel like each time I did it I was given a reward

OMG, this is exactly what I needed. I told myself I was going to do a detox yoga, and this is the first thing that popped up when I opened YT. It was absolutely perfect. I cried at the beginning and was sweaty by the end. I will be doing this again!

I love this 30-minute workout. I feel like I'm really getting a lot out of short time and with only 30 minutes, I'm really doing it more often.
I was thinking this was a smooth flow with a bunch of twist, but it was very quickly challenged my leg strenth. Good one I will work on doing again. thank you SarahBeth for allyou do. Namaste!

I have done a LOT of your videos over the past year or so and I have liked them all. I chose this one because I accidentally had breakfast this morning before yoga. Digestion and detox seemed appropriate. I super loved this practice. It was perfection. Such a perfect “balance” (hehe) of movement and postures. Thank you 🙏 so much.
