I have a copilot that is probably the first edition. It is in a 06 boat. I do not have a foot pedal. Just the remote. Is there still a foot pedal available for it? Is it designed to run on one battery or two? 12 or 24 volts? Thanks. Good video. Just got the boat yesterday!

Has Minn Kota improved spot lock on the newer versions. My non-bluetooth Powerdrive V2 doesn't hold position well. It drifts far then overshoots when trying to adjust back to the anchor position? Does this on both my small 14' tin boat and a 22' pontoon boat.
Upgrading to bluetooth will significantly improve your spot lock accuracy. Bluetooth I-Pilot also gives you the option to adjust Boat Scale, allowing you to adjust the I-Pilot sensitivity for different boats. I had the co-pilot on our old 55 pound 12v motor, I actually liked it, as we cast fish and it ties onto the rod and I could control the motor via my thumb.

87 shaft 112 thrust 36v best option for that size of boat
My biggest question is can you use or add co pilot to a Ipilot I want the small remote for vertical jigging 2 rods
No, but you can buy an I-Pilot Micro Remote that is similar in size to the Co-Pilot Remote.
