Hi Mike, thanks for the great video. There's one error I'd like to call your attention to. At 6:30, a teacher should select general availability to "Not bookable." That's because they are generally not bookable. Then they should click "Set different availability for a date range", then select a start and end date for the parent/teacher conferences. Then select "Custom hours (recurring weekly)" to choose the available times in that date range. The way you showed it in the video would make the teacher always bookable before and after the conferences. Anyway. I love your videos and I hope this helps.

However, in our district in grades 5-12, students can have up to 8 teachers (Ex: ELA, SS, Math, Science, Art, Spanish, P.E. etc.) and it would be more efficient for everyone to meet at one time. Yes, you can allow multiple people (two) for the same meeting, but I would just make sure both parents know ahead of time to book that meeting at the specific time

For schools using Microsoft Bookings for parent teacher conferences, do you suggest the principal sets up one bookings site for the whole school (i.e. one Bookings site with multiple staff) or would you recommend instead teachers set up their own (i.e. multiple Bookings sites, each with one staff)? Does it matter?

Not sure if you have any connections to anyone in this team. Our school really loves this service, but not being able to pull the username and email from the user makes it impossible to use at the moment. Once the kids figured out they could troll it by putting anything in, it was over : (. I know there are multiple uservoices asking for this, and I have upvoted them all but thought it might be worth trying other channels as well. Thank you

Could be your time increments. I made my services 10 minutes, but forgot to change my increments from 30 minutes. This resulted in fewer appointments showing before I fixed it.

There is not a current way to password protect these, but hopefully this will be added in 2021

That is not currently possible
does the parent need to have teams a3 or a5 account or is it enough for them to have the teams mobile app?
Parent only needs a browser or mobile phone. No A3 or A5 needed, Teams will work on any device and free access for the parent

Try setting it so that the only custom time available is that single Monday. Don't set the General one, just a custom time

Correct - you need the A3 (Academic) or E3 (Enterprise) But someone with the A3 license can set up up for all the other teachers who may have A1

The best way is to allow one time being booked but have one parent send/forward the meeting and link to the other one.

You need to have each teacher have their own schedule. The Bookings service can handle that though
