1:10 Why not just let people drag it to the chat button, which would expand to recent chats, and let the user drop the file there - instead of clicking 6 times like it's 1995 to move a file around within an app?
Great updates, thanks! Still having some issues in the EDU account. We created classwork with a bunch of assignments. Some of the assignments have copy/paste screenshots in the text, most texts are formated. When we reuse a classwork several times the formatting in the (copied) assignments is mixed up, the screenshots do not show up,… Whom/where to report this issue?
Is there any chance that Edu tenants will soon be able to enable video filters, like soft focus, for Teams? We have folks who insist on Zoom because it can touch-up their appearance. While there are pages (from March 2023) saying that Edu won't "initially" have access to these features, there haven't been updates or responses to user comments asking when we (I'm in higher ed) might get these features. (Note: We've also opened a Unified Support ticket.) Thanks.
HI- In teams I am doing an 8 hour class with power point. In order to keep everyone engaged- I'd like to have pop up questions throughout the presentation that correstpond with each slide. I tried polls- but it has to be initiated and will bogg down the chat. Do you have any suggestions?
These are mostly frills and surface level things. What I want is to be able to pin more than 15 chats. To edit or disable hotkeys. To disable rich-text pasting. I've had numerous cases when I wanted to paste-without-formatting (Ctrl-Shift-V), but my finger slipped and hit Ctrl-Shift-C, which starts a call with the entire chat - not good. How about removing UDP for text messages? When the network is bad messages simply do not get delivered - sometimes important and urgent messages. It is the worst feeling in the world to stroll yesterday's chat and in the middle of the conversation see messages that were not there yesterday.
Onenote deserve more attention from Microsoft
