This is a brilliant summary, many thanks for putting it together 🙂. Quick question on setting up a Team Vs a Channel. As I understand it, currently you cannot archive a channel but you can archive a Team. If I have this correct, it is a bit inconvenient if wanting to setup a channel for a project but then wanted to archive it for reference once finished, you wouldn't be able to. I guess each user could could hide it but interested in your thoughts on this?

Thanks for the Tipps. I like the idea of using channels instead of chats. Is the default notification setting for channels, what? Do I have to assume that I need to initially tag the people I would have otherwise added to a chat first, so they see a banner notification?

Yep - basics of Teams channels: always @mention someone individually or the whole @channel or assume no one will see your post.

Definintely not in the UI; not sure about an export or link to PowerAutomate
