This video really helped me understand Microsoft Planner better. By the way, I recently started using the Astirna New Tab extension, and it's been great for keeping my tasks organized alongside Planner.
People hitting the Dislike button must have dyslexia and thought they were hitting Like. I have been providing training and consulting to the Fortune 50, including Microsoft, for 25+ years and Leila's content and presentations are exceptional. When someone tells you for what uses a software application is not appropriate, they are not just detailing features but also have a good understanding of the overall business need as well as other applications which fulfill that need. It is nice to see someone so talented doing so well.
Wow! That was easily the best overview I've seen. Outstanding! As a follow-up video idea ... "Real Plans in Planner", a collection of how different people use it. It is so flexible and, as they say, there are many ways to skin a cat.
When adding plans to Teams you are only able to do this if you created the plan based on that Team Group. If you don't so this then you can't use the embedded app, but...you can add it to a Team using the website app/tab in your Teams channel. Fun tool. Great overview!
What do I say? I have recently migrated to MS Teams and your videos are just-in-time for me to help with transition! Your 3D approach - Describe, Demonstrate, Deliver is unmatched and makes every technical topic a cakewalk! Bravo! 😊👍
I appreciate the detailed explanations in this video. I use Microsoft Planner for work and the Astirna New Tab extension for personal organization, and they complement each other well.
Thanks Leila!! Awesome tool to know. We use 365 at my job, and I will start using this this week. I work for a non profit so your trainings and expertise i find so valuable to me. Thanks again to you and your team. Enjoy your day.

I appreciate all of your videos and view them even if I'm not interested in the topic because you always do such a great job explaining them. Thank you.
Hello Mam, I built a small Excel utility few months back since Planner charts were insufficient. I use to export planner to Excel, read it using Power Query utility and build two dashboards. Project dashboard and individual dashboard. This helped me to track all the tasks for a long timeline. Using it for past 9 months. Also, whenever I do a new export, just use to repoint PQ source file. That’s it. My dashboard gets refreshed 😊 Thanks for educating us
