Funny Story by Emily Henry gave me more than what I was expecting! I thought it was going to be super predictable, which some of it was, but it was so good and I was routing for them! Iykyk who “them” are!! Good video!
I fell into the Freida trap too. I read a bunch of her backlist. The only ones I think are worth the time are Never Lie, Do You Remember? and The Boyfriend. The second two in the housemaid series were trash and such a cash grab. I am still going to read everything she puts out though haha

Here's 2 of my 5 star and 2 of my worst books lol Best: - The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett (identical twin sisters grow up in a small southern black community run away at 16 and form wildly different lives. A generational story that addresses race and ethnicity and how we perceive people and act in ways we *think* we should act) - Lightkeepers by Kennedy Plumb (This is a Rupunzel retelling with a twist!! READ THIS! The audiobook has some sound issues though, so maybe skip that haha) Worst: - The Quiet Tenant by Clemence Michallon (I was ALL IN on this story until literally the end when it dropped from 5 stars to 1. Get me out of here) - Magnolia Parks by Jessa Hastings (I don't know why people are in love with this toxic love story. This entire story was rich people ridiculous in the worst way. If you want Gossip Girl, just read Gossip Girl)
