I really appreciate your honesty, I wish more booktubers would talk about the books they don't like. My least favourite novel this year has been The Girl at the Door by Veronica Raimo. Which I picked up, because I really loved Lost on Me by her, so that was a notably disappointment.
I've read people we meet on vacation which was 3*. Book lovers is my fave EH so far. I just finished book to of acotar so have book 3 to come... Oh no!! The book I really didn't like this year was Frankenstein. I just got so bored. It would've been much better as a novella or short story.
I was sent a copy of Other People's Clothes in a subscription box and was really underwhelmed just reading the description but I wasn't sure if I would eventually give it a try...your description has convinced me to just get rid of it.
I think The Last Neanderthal by Claire Cameron was my least favorite book this year. There was weird Neanderthal incest and a modern day story line that I didn’t care about. Truly just finished it for the sake of finishing it.
Please skip the novella in ACOTAR, and I love the first 2nd and 3rd book. But reading the novella put me in a reading slump because it's just so slow and pointless.
I agree...I really love your honesty. But I would be surprised if publishers send you any more books. Now I am heading to your best books video.

Hoping your Best Books of 2024 is next!! 🙌🏼
It's actually already posted on my channel!
People We Meet on Vacation is the worst of Emily Henry’s books, and that includes A Million Junes, her YA magical realism Romeo and Juliet retelling.
