I follow these pretty well when reading french, but do struggle with "y" and "en". You are a great teacher and make it easy to understand. C'était génial. Merci.
un sujet hyper difficile pour beaucoup de gens j’imagine, donc merci! je pourrais le regarder chaque jour et encore galérer. et c’était définitivement super génial!
C’était genial!!! If I may say, you seem so happy when you teach your beautiful language, and you teach it so clearly, which makes it understandable. Merci Dylane 🤗
Bravo Dylane, une excellente video: Clare, Precise et Simple (CPS) Precedemment, j'ai etudie ce sujet, par utilisant plusieurs ressources, mais sans suces absolut. Cependant votre video a m'aide clarifie tout. Merci encore Lloyd
Absolutely amazing lesson ! I've struggled with this topic since the beginning, but your examples helped me a lot to give it some structure in my head. Merci beaucoup !
You are such a great teacher. I did understand COD and COI after watching you. My teacher was explaining for 3 week but you are better than her so i understand in one hour. Love your lessons. Thanks for your dedication
Hi. I am a big fan of Dylan. Studied German at University and taught my self Spanish and now French. Just here doing a little revision of the basics. Forget all the apps and gimmicks. Do all of Dylan’s courses and you will become fluent in the shortest time. All her books (I have the Complete grammar, conjugation and Subjunctive are superb. Each lesson accompanies the video exactly with more explanation. They are superb. Pause the video and read to really take everything in. There are really large and comprehensive excercises and drills for each lesson. They will really challenge you and you will have no choice but to learn and understand !. You are on the right track. You need nothing more than Dylan and reading French books /stories. Important….Read what interests you, even if it’s challenging. Buy an audio book, and the written book. It is amazing. Good luck on your journey. John
C’était génial, Dylane!!💖 Un sujet très compliqué mais maintenant je le comprends un peu mieux .... Et la situation avec le micro c'est ce qui se passe souvent avec moi ))))
Hi Dylan, Bonjour. Huge fan of yours. The best teacher on youtube. I studied German at Uni, Have all your books. Superb. I just want to point out an error because I know that you are a perfectionist. Not to be critical, but to help. At 11.36 Acheter à quelqu’un you translate as "To buy to someone" This doesn’t exist in English. Do you mean to buy "for " someone? or "From " someone? We can say " To give to someone " And with some other verbs (rarely) like "to sing to someone" But "to buy to someone" simply is not possible and doesn’t exist under any circumstance. Again this is not a criticism. I am here just reviewing some basics. Your books and videos are all anyone needs to become fluent (orally and written) in French. There is no one better and no better way of learning than French with Dylan. Keep up the great work! 🙏🙏🙏
I'm not criticising!! I love your videos and have two of your books. This is meant to be constructive. At 11:57. "To buy to someone" doesn't make sense. I think it should be: "to buy from someone" or "to buy for someone," depending on the context.
Cette lecon est tres utile pour moi. La règle de l'âne est un peu drole :))) Je pense que je n'aurai pas de problème à m'en souvenir. Merci beaucoup:))
Acheter a quelqu'un doesn't mean: "to buy to someone" in English. It means either 'to buy for, or more commonly, 'to buy from someone'. "To buy to someone" doesn't make any sense in English and is ungrammatical. You should check with an English speaker who can proof read text before printing.
Comparison of the two languages does have value, though thinking with french grammare IS necessary to attain fluency in french. I would suggest that we translate the french literally first, ignoring any english solecism that may arise. Strangely to some, older english forms are more like french, due to norman invasion of england a thousand years ago. English since, as shakespearean (even though in a few plays he does pun and make fun of french) becomes easily understood by self-styled english speakers claiming correctness, when filled with illiterate usage and idioms arising from poor english speakers, however the latter may have been resident in english-speaking nations.

Brings me back to high school French. I was CLOSE to getting into the French Honors Society, but that topic screwed me over.
Oh no :( It won't help with the French Honors Society but I hope it helps now :)

@WHERESDrManhattan Nah mate I'm here for learning french I don't care about minor mistakes as long as I understand what she means+ you are mad
Please, speak only in French
Plenty of channels here on RUclips speak only in French. Some people need to hear the explanation in English ;)
