Alright Dr's here is your case and Thank Mike for highlighting another pod as i am an interesting case, and any added info will help others . I am 53 yrs old 5 10 175 . As i said in the last comment,' i have a full supraspinatus tear and was stage 1 frozen shoulder . " . My update is to see a surgeon on Tuesday the 2nd here in Edmonton Alberta. In waiting, i felt my infraspinatus tear and after 8 hrs in Emergency and only got a useless x ray for my condition. When i got home, i felt Terry's minor pop and my back drop a little. I can feel it wiggle around and with all that still doing range of motion . I'm in a lot of trouble as they refused surgery 1st time with 1 tear Nov 9 ( i would have been coming out of sling now ).. I've lost 30% range, but with all that tearing, i was still told, "dont stop moving !"... I read a case on another site where buddy had all 4 blown on both arms . ... I'm so grateful, and I've broken like 20 bones in life and are very, very active, so i believe i can do well, but.... I am.a case ... I will update as i go
73 year old here with full thickness supraspinatus tear after a fall. Repair 9 days ago and surgeon told my husband the rear looked older than four months as tendon was “dry” and he was unable to stretch it all the way. I am pretty much free of pain but only doing pendulums and walks outside. As an interested retired nurse, your panel is both fascinating and confusing as to my proper path to rehab. Love the discussions and will seek out your other posts.
Hi I'm 17 years old and my lower spine is curved (pelvis)and when i try to lie down with straight spine on the ground i have to lift up my legs because i feel the pretty strong tension(what do i do?🙏)
