I had full thickness tear supraspinatus and bicep tendon however did surgery with in 2 months of doing it, doc said tendon quality was excellent. I came in super fit and healthy, doc hand me doing passive following day I did it 3x a day then started PT You n week 2 and was full range of motion at 1 month. Started mild strength training at 6 weeks. My goal is start hitting on the tennis court after 3 months so we will see, I’m confident I will knowing I have zero pain, discomfort etc and like doc said I do a ton to advance this so we will see.

Thanks guys, quick question. I just had a massive rotator cuff repair 2 weeks ago that included repair of full thickness repair of the supra, partial of the subscap, decompression, clavicle excision, proximal biceps tenodesis and glenohumeral joint synovectomy. Great doctor, his orders are 8 weeks in the sling, therapy to start 1 month after surgery in massive rct protocol, two weeks from today. I'm all set for the therapy, 24 up front with another 24 approved if needed. I anticipate exhausting all my therapies in order to return to work where I was injured. My take is I'm ok with working through the pain of extra scar tissue in order to allow more time for my tendons to heal to the bone and hold up long term. Appreciated all your input. Take care...

Wow that's my situation exactly plus a couple other little things. I'm 73 years old and had my surgery 4 weeks ago. Doing pendulums makes me feel better but some other PROM things give me pain afterward. I'm making good progress but I have constant aching in my shoulder and arm, with some sporadic sharp pains. Hope you are all healed by now and feeling great.

WTF is with the mask on? Zoom and mask. My gawd. They probably rode in their cars with them on.
