I had surgery a day ago and the next day I took off sling and felt good by my side . Just hanging ar sude. Then moved it from hip to other hip low and I felt it pop . Like the old tyoe I would get. Not sure if I tore it the bext day. Waiting for dr to get back.
That's a great question I had rotator cuff surgery in January and it has just retire 3 days ago...when I have revision surgery I am not doing PT for the most 4 week I don't want anyone f'ing touching my shoulder for a good bit just let it heal...
I’m 50 years old. I’ve had an arthroscopy surgery for labrum tear repair in my right shoulder back in 2012. In 6 weeks, after 11 years I’ll be having a 2nd surgery, same shoulder to repair a supraspinatus partial tear (14mm AP X 10mm long) I’m concerned and scared that I will losing considerable range of movement or even worse it can re-tear in the long term.
Had rotator cuff surgery on december16 2021 therapy went well until June 8 had MRI found out had a retear of rotator cuff had surgery on July 28 again therapy going well until dec62022 in pain can't lift arm up
Hello, I had rotator repair 10 weeks ago. On a work trip I played a round of golf. Tried not to swing to hard. After a few long drives I felt a few pains in the shoulder. Nothing too sharp or pops. Woke up next day with unbearable pain, cracking, clicking. It’s been 4 days. Pain subsiding a little but definitely still there. Do you think I retore my rotator cuff?

I had rotator cuff arthroscopic about a month ago, is it possible for you to retear or damage the stitches by over stretching it?

Did you retear it? if so did you have revision surgery? How are you doing now?
I don’t think so. Went back for check up month later and said just aggravated it. Good luck
